Return Policy

Goods may be returned under the following conditions:

1. Present the invoice that includes the item to be exchanged
2. Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging
3. If sealed packaging is open, items can only be returned if defected
4. Return and exchange are applicable until 2 weeks after the purchase
5. Cash refunds are not available, the products can be exchanged with other products or a purchase voucher valid for 1 year.
